Warranty and Returns

We will guarantee the vacuum insulation function of the bottle for life.

Broken lids, dents, physical damage is not covered under the warranty and is considered normal wear.

Lids are considered wear parts that will need replacing over time, and are not covered under the warranty.

Anything that is our fault as far as flaws or malfunction, at brand new out of the box state, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Bottles must not be used in order to return or exchange it for a different color or design. Once the bottle touches a human mouth, or has had liquid inside of it, it is deemed un-returnable.

A return or exchange can be approved, and you will be given a return authorization number (RA) You will be responsible for return shipping charges, Plus a $5 exchange shipping fee if it is an exchange.
